Description: IndexMetaStorage is defined in ignite-table module. For
IGNITE-22990, access to index metas will be needed in another module. The
interface should be extracted from the class and made available to
ignite-partition-replicator module, but first, IndexMeta and dependent classes
should be moved to the destination module. This is a technical change (noisy,
but easy) to proceed. (was: IndexMetaStorage is defined in ignite-table
