Description:
Adding a client-side redirect from {{/download.cgi}} to {{/download}} to ensure
indexing and traffic are consolidated on the canonical download page.
A server-side redirect is not currently feasible within the scope of available
access (e.g., web server or CDN configuration), so this approach provides a
practical interim solution at the application level.
