Description: We might remove _MarshallableMessage_ from
_IncrementalSnapshotVerifyResult_ if we use _MessageSerializer_ for
_TransactionsHashRecord_ and {_}PartitionHashRecord{_}. (was:
{_}`{_}{_}TransactionsHashRecord`{_} {_}and `{_}{_}PartitionHashRecord`{_} are
messages. _IncrementalSnapshotVerifyResult`_ seems might not be a
`{_}MarshallableMessage`.{_})
