Description: (was: Currently suite takes 1+ hours in case of success
and more than 2 hours in case of failure [1].
I suggest to split suite, because:
# We need to reduce execution time of suite.
# It includes whole {{IgniteSnapshotTestSuite}}, which has a separate job [2].
# It includes whole {{IgniteSnapshotWithIndexingTestSuite}}, which has a
separate job too [3].
Alternative solution is splitting of {{IgniteSnapshotTestSuite}}, which is
takes more 1h+ to complete [4]. This can reduce execution time of
{{IgnitePdsCompressionTestSuite}}.
