h3. Motivation
The transaction savepoint is a standard for transactions and SQL. The API
proposal is described in IGNITE-4188.
So far as a pessimistic transaction is most commonly used for Ignite, I am sure
this functionality deserves a dedicated ticket. Moreover, this approach of
dividing would be easy for testing and review.
h3. Definition of done
KV transaction API is extended by methods for the endpoint.
The working of savepoints is limited by a pessimistic transaction.
