Currently TeamCity Bot supports marking selected parts of a run as trusted, but
this is configured only through the config file. This is inconvenient for
maintenance because updating the list of trusted suites requires changing
configuration instead of doing it directly from the bot UI.
We need to add UI-based management for trusted suites and trusted tests. A user
should be able to open a run, inspect the suite/build chain including already
executed suites, and mark selected parts of the run as trusted.
Failures in trusted suites/tests must always be treated as merge blockers.
