Provide a way for Ignite modules and external integrations to expose custom
HTTP REST endpoints using the existing Jetty REST server infrastructure.
This allows extending the REST API without modifying core REST handlers, while
reusing common Ignite functionality such as authentication, lifecycle
management, and HTTP server configuration.
