We need to introduce
- IgniteFeature interface and it's implementation that reflects changes in
internal code
- IgniteFeatureSet class that stores Ignite Features associated with a
particular node in a compact format. It provides the ability to
1. compare two Feature Sets against each other for Rolling Upgrade possibility
2. determine differences in Ignite Features between the two Feature Sets
- IgniteFeatureManager class that manages state of the Ignite Features
