Reviewed the merged change for PR #353 in apache/ignite-extensions. The diff
only switches the GitHub Actions release workflows
(.github/workflows/prepare-rc.yml and .github/workflows/release-checker.yml) to
JDK 17 and does not change user-facing Ignite behavior, APIs, commands,
configuration, or website documentation. Removing Docs Required; Release Notes
Required is left unchanged.
