Mikhail, could you add a short description here? Right now the ticket has no
description, no links and no sub-tasks, so it is hard to tell what work it
covers.
Two things would help:
* what "RU support for Ignite Serialization Mechanisms" means in practice -
which mechanisms, and what has to change in them;
* which epic it belongs to. The IEP-132 epics are IGNITE-25881 (Communication),
IGNITE-25883 (Discovery), IGNITE-27621 (IgniteDataTransferObject), IGNITE-27674
(Code cleanup) and IGNITE-28424 (Features Activation). This ticket is linked to
none of them.
Also: does the work change the wire format? If it does, it has to be merged
before 2.19 is released, otherwise it breaks rolling upgrade.
