Description:
Implement an enhancement that will allow displaying the following information
in the 'IgniteLogInfoProviderImpl#ackNodeBasicMetrics()' when a node
transitions into maintenance mode:
* An indication that the node was launched in emergency mode;
* The currently executing maintenance task (e.g.,
defragmentationMaintenanceTask, indexRebuildMaintenanceTask) and its completion
status.

in the heartbeat when a node transitions into maintenance mode:
- Information indicating that the node has been launched in emergency mode;
- Information specifying which maintenance task
(defragmentationMaintenanceTask, indexRebuildMaintenanceTask, etc.) is
currently being executed, and, if possible, the completion percentage of the
task.
