Several methods in the transaction and cache entry classes have no callers
left: \{{IgniteTxAdapter.remote()}} lost its last usage with the removal of
\{{applyTxSizes()}}, \{{GridCacheEntryEx.rawPut()}},
\{{lockedByThreadUnsafe()}} and \{{lockedLocallyUnsafe()}} are implemented but
never invoked, and \{{GridDhtTxLocalAdapter.removeNearMapping()}},
\{{GridCacheMapEntry.valueBytes0()}}, \{{TxDeadlock.cycle()}} and
\{{IgniteTxMap.sealed()}} are leftovers of removed code.
They should be removed to keep the transactional code free of dead paths.
