Dmitry Werner updated IGNITE-29113:
-----------------------------------
    Description:
Follow-up to IGNITE-29105 ("Remove unused methods from internal core classes").
IGNITE-29105 removed the only caller of
CheckpointListener.Context.partitionStatMap() — the invocation in
GridCacheOffheapManager.
This left the following as dead code:
-
org.apache.ignite.internal.processors.cache.persistence.partstate.PartitionAllocationMap
 (entire class)
-
org.apache.ignite.internal.processors.cache.persistence.partstate.PagesAllocationRange
 (entire class)
- CheckpointListener.Context.partitionStatMap() interface method
- CheckpointContextImpl's map field, constructor parameter, and
partitionStatMap() override
- The new PartitionAllocationMap() instantiation in CheckpointWorkflow
- The partitionStatMap() override in IgniteSequentialNodeCrashRecoveryTest

This change removes all of the above. GroupPartitionId, which lives in the same
partstate package and is still widely used, is retained.
No behavioral change; pure dead-code removal.
