The build log reports API members whose javadoc declares them deprecated
without the annotation, varargs calls where a bare {{null}} or a mistyped array
leaves the intent ambiguous, and javadoc text with unescaped {{<}} and {{&}}
that renders as broken HTML. Fixing them leaves only the warnings that come
from inherent limitations: internal JDK API, the deprecated tracing API and
package-private supertypes.
