The reader is the only holder of handles, so the {{BinaryReaderHandlesHolder}}
interface and {{BinaryReaderHandlesHolderImpl}} in ignite-binary-api are
unnecessary. Replace them with a package-private {{BinaryReaderHandlesHolder}}
base class in ignite-binary-impl that keeps the handles field and accessors;
{{BinaryReaderExImpl}} extends it, the static read helpers take it as their
handles parameter, and {{BinaryReaderEx}} no longer extends the interface.
No behaviour change; the same single-field object is allocated where the holder
impl was.
