An unreleased explicit lock (IgniteCache.lock()) blocks partition map exchange
and other lockers of the key, but nothing shows how long it has been held or
which thread holds it: CACHE_EXPLICIT_LOCKS has no duration, and the diagnostic
dumps print the lock span without its owner.
