Document the user-visible Calcite SQL behavior added by IGNITE-29203. In
docs/_docs/sql/sql-calcite.adoc, near the ARRAY and ROW operator entries, state
that ROW and ARRAY values are compared recursively by their contents when used
in equality-sensitive and ordering operations, including joins, DISTINCT, GROUP
BY, set operations, and ORDER BY. Include a minimal SQL example if it improves
clarity.
