IgniteSnapshotManager exposes the metric "LocalSnapshotNames", list of node's
snapshot names. It is taken from directories names from the snapshot root path.
Since #IGNITE-29056 we have the snapshot lists with the extended snapshot info
like size, creation time.
The idea is to enrich the metric or introduce another rich metric of local
snapshots.
