Denis, it depends on IGNITE-3568 implementation a lot. Will it be optional?
Which IPC mechanism will be used?
Ideally, IGNITE-3568 will get rid of C++ dependency completely, which will
eliminate the main obstacle for this ticket.
As for the users - I don't expect any API changes.
