Hi [~roman_s],
I reviewed your pull request and found following:
* I think CACHE_UPDATE_TTL will be better than CACHE_EXPIRE
* Need throw exception if command have wrong arguments count (missing: key, ttl)
* ExpireCommand.ttl should be {{long}}
