Description:
Currently we have a separate folder for .NET Core tests
{{Apache.Ignite.Core.Tests.DotNetCore}}.
Ideally we should get rid of it and place
{{Apache.Ignite.Core.Tests.DotNetCore.csproj}} in the
{{Apache.Ignite.Core.Tests}} folder so that all tests are included.
This will require a lot of {{#if !NETCOREAPP2_0}}, but we'll explicitly see
which tests are cross-platform.
