[~alexdel] I've fixed the web console frontend compilation in Webpack 4, but
there's a catch: no more vendor chunk. We probably will have to address this
issue.
Meanwhile, the autodll plugin [does not support Webpack 4
yet|https://github.com/asfktz/autodll-webpack-plugin/issues/105].
