[~ivandasch], unfortunately TC build is outdated. I can see new commits after 
run.

Example https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-8021 showed us it is too 
dangerious to accept outdated TC runs because in general we cant be sure new 
commits are safe.

Moreover I prefer to always use run-all. Community some time ago agreed that we 
remove commit-based run-all from master. Instead of this we use run-all for PR 
and check these runs result. We can suppose RunAll is not needed for this 
change, but in the same time we could run RunAll basic or BinaryObject Simple 
mapper basic, etc.
