I've added description of list, seq and groups commands. I've also moved info 
about consistency check and contention detection commands. Please replace 
duplicate information in 
https://apacheignite.readme.io/docs/consistency-check-utilities page with links 
to the corresponding sections of "Control Script".
I also discovered that there are still some undocumented options of 
./control.sh. There's ./control.sh --tx command allows to view and manage 
active transactions (it can even kill hanging transaction).
