I removed spark-2.10 module in this ticket, not scalar-2.10.
I believe you're talking about spark-2.10 module here.
As I explained here

before Spark 2.3, spark user can use either scala 2.10 or 2.11 to write their
application.
So in Ignite, spark-2.10 module exists to accommodate user uses scala 2.10 to
write their spark application.
But in Spark 2.3, spark community removed support for scala 2.10 so it's only
reasonable to remove spark-2.10 module in Ignite.
Because if we don't remove spark-2.10 module we can't upgrade spark module to
spark 2.3.0.
