Currently, streaming could be enabled only with the {{set streaming on}} SQL 
statement. Add connection string attributes, so the connection is opened with 
active streaming mode.

Suggested attributes list:
 * {{streaming}}
 * {{streamingBatchSize}}
 * {{streamingFlushFrequency}}
 * {{streamingPerNodeBufferSize}}
 * {{streamingPerNodeParallelOperations}}
 * {{streamingAllowOverwrite}}
