Description:
We have lots of unstructured pug mixins in web console frontend. Some of them
are not used, some are just facades for new mixins. Moreover we have lots of
mixing that accept positional arguements, which is very unhandy - we should use
mixins with named arguments. Let's refactor those mixins.
