[~agoncharuk] How to properly wait new topology version in
GridCacheIoManager#onMessage. Future obtained by
cctx.exchange().affinityReadyFuture(rmtAffVer) does not guarantee that
ctx.shared().exchange().lastFinishedFuture() returns the exchange future for
required affinity version.
