I think that correct fix here would be to avoid lookups altogether. Instead, we 
can remember "encrypted" flag of the cache group and pass it to related objects 
(group context, cache context, BTrees, free lists). This way in most cases we 
will be able to resolve proper page size without any lookups. 
Even better - we can remember "realPageSize", not "encrypted".
