[~vozerov], I made a fix for these issues:

p.1, p.2, p.3, p.4, p.5 - done.

p.6 - I made a solution described in p.5 - synchronous execution for small 
system pools, and parallel for the big ones.

[~vozerov], [~gvvinblade], TC run is OK, please review.
