Actually, I've thought about it too, but according to my knowledge TC have no
opened source code, so it's a problem to find out what is the real issue is. I
can just only assume that it is some kind of migration issue from 2017 to 2018
TC version.
This is the cause why I'm suggesting to use an open source plugin instead of
proprietary software -- we can fix all issues by ourselves.
