[~jooger], you are right. 
1. I guess we can use H2 {{Column.getColumnId() - DEFAULT_COLUMNS_COUNT}} for 
column ordinal.
2. Looks like the {{COLUMN_KEY}} is strange for Ignite. We can replace is with 
any useful information about a column and indexes relation.
