Semen Boikov resolved IGNITE-767.

Resolution: Fixed
Incorret 'CU.oldest' method was called in the
'GridDhtPartitionTopologyImpl.updateLocal', this was fixed as part of
IGNITE-23. Fix was merged in sprint-5.
