When indexing is disabled but user tries to set indexed types, no warning is
printed and when user tries to run an SQL query, the following exception is
thrown:
{{javax.cache.CacheException: Failed to find SQL table for type: MyClass}}
Ignite should give a proper warning on startup when indexed types are set and
indexing is not enabled and also throw a correct exception when SQL queries are
used.
