Assertion is quite stably reproduced on
IgniteCacheAtomicReplicatedNodeRestartSelfTest.testRestartWithPutSixNodesTwoBackups()
and testRestartWithPutEightNodesTwoBackups()
Please refer to the logs attached for the more info.
The test is muted on TC.
