1. Comments has been added to config.properties , logging.properties does not
need any comments.
2. README.txt has been created.
5. Javadocs has been fixed.
6. After discussion, we decided that all right.
7. Fixed.
8. This is default configuration, user cannot change it. I renamed
'config.properties' to 'default.config.properties' to avoid confuse.
9. After refactoring AbstractMessage has disappear.
10. Fixed, but I think this is not matter.
