Need to erase Backup field value (not only hide the field) if selected cache
has no backups property.
To reproduce:
# select Cache Mode = Partitioned,
# set Backups count,
# change Mode to Local (Backups was hided),
# add Cache to Cluster,
# generate XML and verify Backups.
