I executed {{IgniteComplexHATest}} several times with conditions that described
in previous comment. Results:
* IGNITE-1135 reproduced as expected.
* IGNITE-1171 not reproduced as expected.
* Test somtetimes fails with assertions on postconditions. Investigation needed.
