1. I failed to build agent from command line with "mvn clean package
-DskipTests".
2. Why do we need to start RestExecutor? I think we should start lazily it on
first request.
3. Why do we need RestExecutor.RestResult class?
4. Where any tests?
I do some renaming and cleanup in branch ignite-1155_1 take a look on my
changes. Let's discuss one more time minor issues and merge this branch ino
ignite-843.
