Test {{CacheDhtLocalPartitionAfterRemoveSelfTest}} changed in order to fail
(force fail yet with link to the ticket) and added to {{IgniteCacheTestSuite2}}.
Attached patch contains changes in {{GridCacheContext.defferedDelete}} proposed
by [~agoncharuk]. I don't think that deffered delet is needed in this case so
{{GridCacheMapEntry#innerRemove}} is not changed.
