Summary: Add web page to show session parameters

When debugging or tuning performance for users, Impala admin may want to find
the parameters of a JDBC connection. For example, to find out:
* whether user sets UseNativeQuery=1
* what value of RowsFetchedPerBlock does user set
It'd be pretty helpful if these can be found in web pages.
