Fix Version/s: Not Applicable
This test is mostly exercising different Thrift exceptions in the
TransmitData() path in DataStreamSender. The two failing tests are already
skipped when testing KRPC. Given that we still do regular testing with Thrift
based TransmitData() using --test_no_krpc, there is not much we need to do here.
