The Ozone team expects to deprecate the o3fs protocol in the future. Impala
4.2.0 would be adding support for both ofs and o3fs as default filesystems.
Remove pending support for o3fs to encourage using the newer schema. We'll need
to revamp Ozone tests to use ofs instead of o3fs.
