Summary: Clarify Ozone profile where some read stats are missing

Ozone doesn't provide hdfsFileGetReadStatistics, which means we don't get data
for bytes_read_local_, bytes_read_short_circuit_, and bytes_read_dn_cache_
metrics.
We should update the profile to clarify these metrics are not relevant with
Ozone; ideally omit the metrics from the profile entirely, and maybe add a
warning message to the profile.
