When TABLE RENAME DDLs and INVALIDATE METADATA run concurrently,

can be encountered with existingTbl == null.
This starts showing up in test_ddl after IMPALA-13631, but only if IMPALA-13884
is not present. This was incidentally fixed by IMPALA-13884.
