Currently, the AggregatedRuntimeProfile's thrift representation does not
contain fragment-level timeseries metrics.
It only contains per node CPU usage metrics, which are seperate from fragment's
timeseries metrics.
i.e. "MemoryUsage", "ThreadUsage" time series counters are not aggregated into
AggregatedRuntimeProfile / profile v2, which are also needed for the query
timeline
