This is failing so far on S3, Isilon, legacy aggs/joins, RHEL7 exhaustive, and
data load snapshot jobs at Cloudera, but apparently not on public GVD or
Everblue.

First commit this happened on is {{5d11203b3406a1b1c7dd90979e5c01983a977f96}}
but that surely isn't the cause of this.
[~twmarshall], this looks like it could be related to the Sentry stuff from
earlier in the week. Do you have the cycles to look at this further? If not,
bounce it back to me and I'll spend more time on it.
