HIVE-12730 removes support for the special STATS_GENERATED_VIA_STATS_TASK table
property. In some cases, it can be replaced by setting the
StatsSetupConst.DO_NOT_UPDATE_STATS table property to true.
For example, the existing workaround implemented in IMPALA-4767 relies on
STATS_GENERATED_VIA_STATS_TASK and should be fixed to use DO_NOT_UPDATE_STATS
instead.
