As part of pre-commit verification, it would be useful to include tests run
against S3 or local filesystem. I'm not sure if we have access to S3 buckets in
our account that maintains jenkins.impala.io, but at the very least, local
filesystem would be possible.
The main motivation for this is to prevent bugs like IMPALA-6040 from happening.
