The Windows CLI start script "shell.bat" still tries to boot
{{org.apache.jclouds.cli.runner.Main}} but should be looking for
{{org.jclouds.cli.runner.Main}} instead.
Patch originally submitted as a fixup to JCLOUDS-56, but that related to build
and tests. JCLOUDS-79 was tested under the assumption that this patch was going
to be applied.
